I can't join a campaign

Check the reason shown on the campaign page. It may be full, closed, paused, not open yet or have an age or country rule. You also can't join your own campaign.

I can't find a campaign

Look on the Campaigns page. Ended campaigns move to the Campaign winners tab.

Mark as done is greyed out

Open the link through HubKonekt first, then wait 10 seconds.

I joined but can't find it

Open My campaigns from your dashboard.

My reward isn't showing

If the campaign uses a draw, rewards come only after it ends. If the creator reviews entries, wait for approval. A required questionnaire must be submitted too.

My verification isn't working

Use the newest email link or code. Older ones stop working.
