A short set of questions from the creator. Your answers never change your reward.

Creators use the questionnaire to learn what their audience thinks. It appears on the campaign page as soon as you've handed in your tasks.

If the creator made it required, you need to submit it before your entry is finally approved. That's the only thing it affects.

Good to know. Your answers do not affect your eligibility, approval or reward. Answering No to a question will never cost you a reward.
